What we announce is what is done.
Transparency is not a sales argument. It is a simple rule, set out in four gestures.
Quote before intervention
No operation is started without a written quote. You know what will be done, for what price, within what time. If an anomaly appears during the intervention, we call you before continuing.
Parts identified and justified
Every fitted part is tracked, referenced, compliant with the manufacturer's specification. You receive the list, you can ask to see the replaced parts.
Labour clearly priced
The intervention time is the manufacturer's published time. No phantom hours, no « miscellaneous » line. You see what you pay, for what was done.
No surprise at pickup
The total at pickup matches the quote. If a part turned out to be necessary during the job, it was submitted to you for approval before fitting. Never an additional cost discovered at the moment of payment.
An honest quote is the foundation of a lasting relationship.
